First fire in stove #1

Today was another milestone. Our first stove in Aldama Chiapas Mexico was fired up. Because it is the first fire, we try to make the smallest fire possible, to help dry out the water and not crack the cement mixtures. We had a fire in it for 4-5 hours, with limited cooking. IE no rapid boiling.

Stan oversaw the casting of the 2nd stove.

Now it feels like a real training. It looks like we will not be able to go to Adama on Saturday, but we hope we can go on Sunday. We need every day we can get to finish.
